How we keep your fish cold

To ensure your fish keeps cold en route we use dry ice, thermally insulated packaging, and a fast delivery service.

Which courier do you use to deliver?

We work with a variety of couriers to ensure our customers recieve their orders with fantastic service. You will recieve a follow up email once your order has been dispatched detailing all the relevant information.

How far do you deliver?

We offer delivery to the mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland.

What time will my delivery arrive?

You will recieve a follow up email once your order has been dispatched including the estimated delivery time.

How will I know my delivery is on its way?

Once we have shipped your order you will recieve a follow up email detailing all the relevant information.

Do you offer weekly deliveries?

We ship via our courier multiple times per week.

Can my fish be home frozen?

Yes! Simply put it in the freezer in the packaging it comes in. Check the product label for recommended frozen shelf life.
